Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; solid understanding of retail math.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal assortment strategies and merchandising plans for international markets and brands.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, inventory levels, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Evaluate assortment performance and provide recommendations on product selection, depth, market allocation, and replenishment.
• Prepare for and participate in product meetings and assortment reviews (Style Out).
• Maintain assortment planning tools and business processes that support buying decisions.
• Assist with purchase orders and ensure accurate product data and records.
