• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and regional teams to connect sourcing with objectives.
• Shape demand and service models, including scope, locations, processes, and pricing mechanisms.
• Own strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contracting frameworks including master agreements and SLAs.
• Establish supplier segmentation and governance with executive reviews and scorecards.
