Qualifications
- MD/MBBS/PharmD or PhD in oncology or related field.
- 5+ years in Medical Affairs across LOC/regional/global settings.
- Experience with regulatory and clinical development strategies.
- Proven track record leading complex matrix initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead medical business strategy for the oncology asset/portfolio and align with Global Medical Lead.
- Represent medical leadership with senior stakeholders and shape disease understanding.
- Translate local insights into global plans and manage evidence generation priorities.
- Oversee publication strategy, congress plans, and external engagement with experts.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across R&D, value/HEOR, and country teams.
