Biogen in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead global medical strategies for the CD38 pipeline across immunology indications. You will integrate disease biology with development strategy, align medical perspectives with R&D, and collaborate across Clinical Development, Research and Commercial teams.

You will mentor teams, shape publications and KME engagement, and translate scientific insights into differentiation strategies while navigating competitive landscapes and evolving

Formación

• Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical discipline.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years supporting pipeline or early‑stage asset strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of global medical strategies for the CD38 pipeline including evidence generation and KME engagement strategy.
• Lead or contribute to the development of indication specific publication strategies and scientific narrative development.
• Partner with Research, Clinical Development and Commercial to shape Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and medical differentiation strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive landscapes and evolving standards of care in the pipeline indications.
• Engage with external scientific experts and investigators to inform CD38 pipeline strategy.
• Collaborate across Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to integrate medical insights and provide sound medical perspectives for cross functional deliverables including market research.
• Support internal governance discussions by synthesizing scientific and clinical information into clear strategic perspectives.
