Job summary

Summit Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Training & Education to shape global Medical Affairs training for ivonescimab in NSCLC and other tumors. You will design onboarding, update content, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role emphasizes adult learning, digital delivery, and LMS optimization, with responsibility for measuring impact and driving continuous program enhancement across regional and global medical teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare with a minimum of 3+ years of Medical Affairs & training experience or 5+ years life sciences experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive global Medical Affairs training strategy for ivonescimab in NSCLC, CRC, and other tumors, aligned with product lifecycle and scientific objectives
• Lead onboarding programs for new Medical Affairs team members and provide ongoing education and clinical updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content reflects current data and strategic priorities
• Develop, deliver, and maintain training modules on disease state, product knowledge, scientific engagement, and compliance
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design
• Support LMS establishment, maintenance, and optimization with tracking of learning metrics
• Participate in vendor selection and manage outsourced training content/platforms
• Identify internal champions to support education and mentorship
• Engage Field Medical teams to identify educational gaps and develop solutions
• Serve as liaison with external experts to co-develop scientific content when appropriate
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• All other duties as assigned
