Qualifications

  • MD/PhD/PharmD with medical expertise.
  • Experience in country/region medical affairs or clinical development.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across divisions in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the annual V&I plan with Medical Affairs colleagues focusing on the U.S.
  • Translate global scientific platforms into actionable MVNs and engage country leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, VIOR, Policy, Commercial and Market Access teams.
  • Organize global expert-input events to inform development of new medicines.
  • Manage assigned budget with strong financial stewardship and control variance.
