Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager to lead scientific evidence generation, medical writing, and regulatory support across nicotine replacement therapy products and other drug areas.

You will partner with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Affairs leadership to advance evidence strategies, oversee external vendors, and mentor cross-functional teams in a dynamic, science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health or life sciences (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSc, or RN or equivalent).
• Typically 6+ years in pharma or consumer health, with experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or evidence generation.
• Excellent medical writing with ability to build clear, evidence-based arguments.
• Familiarity with PK/PD modeling and bioequivalence concepts is desirable.
• Experience in managing external vendors and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and synthesize scientific literature related to nicotine replacement therapy and related products.
• Translate data into clear medical summaries for stakeholders.
• Support regulatory submissions and product claims substantiation.
• Develop Medical Affairs capabilities, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance evidence-generation and scientific communications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Affairs leadership to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Develop high-quality medical writing deliverables for regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• Prepare study plans and oversee external vendors for clinical development and product studies.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to inform evidence strategies.
