Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Minnesota seeks a Senior Manager, Global Medical Affairs & Medical Education to develop and execute global medical education strategies that translate clinical and real-world evidence into clear, credible education and messaging.

This role will establish, build, and scale the Medical Affairs and Medical Education capability within the Cardiovascular organization, creating the team structure, governance, and programs to support evolving clinical, scientific, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, clinical, or technical discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in medical affairs, clinical education, scientific marketing, or evidence-based communications within medical device/healthcare.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams and developing talent.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, building programs, or establishing capabilities in healthcare/medical device.
• Ability to translate clinical evidence into education and marketing support with clear messaging.
• Strong scientific literacy and evidence interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking to develop actionable programs and insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• High ethical standards with a compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate published and internal evidence into education and marketing support materials.
• Partner with Global Marketing to reflect evidence across positioning and messaging.
• Develop and maintain global evidence toolkits (summaries, briefs, data visuals, Q&A).
• Lead development and execution of global medical education plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Design HQ-driven education frameworks for congresses, symposia, advisory boards, digital education, and internal learning.
