Qualifications

• Therapeutic Area specialization in pulmonology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical industry.
• Global leadership experience and team management.

Responsibilities

• Generate global strategic V&I plan and guide its rollout to countries.
• Align with U.S., China, Japan Eds and capture market needs for global strategy.
• Lead 50% US-focused execution and coordinate with US EDMA and Health Systems leads.
• Collaborate with PDT/ADT, Global Brand, and V&I Outcomes Research to define clinical plans.
• Integrate country knowledge to inform GMSA plans across regions.
• Guide medical experts and payers to ensure alignment with strategy.
