Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a senior procurement leader to drive regional category management for Global Media & Partnerships. You will shape sourcing strategy with regional and local teams, lead cross-functional sourcing efforts, and optimize supplier relationships in a matrix organization.

The role reports to the Director of Global Media & Partnerships Procurement. The ideal candidate will facilitate value creation, service delivery, and digitalization initiatives while maintaining a strong service

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in strategic procurement, media procurement, marketing or related role.
• Experience leading global or regional media sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Creation: define and plan high-level objectives for long-term results; engage senior stakeholders.
• Strategy Execution: develop, rollout, and execute RFIs/RFPs aligned with strategic goals.
• Operations: manage transactions, contract review, vendor creation, and supplier issue resolution.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with critical suppliers and forums.
