Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized and experienced Global Commodity Manager to manage Mill's strategic mechanical commodities. In this senior role you will drive global sourcing strategies, establish solid supplier partnerships, and program manage execution in support of Mill's innovative products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to oversee supplier processes and performance, executing sourcing strategies that enhance value, reduce costs, and improve product quality while mitigating risks. The position requires a strong focus on supplier evaluation and execution, innovation, and continuous improvement in supplier management. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with engineering, influence product design decisions, and optimize supply chain performances.

Requirements
The estimated base salary range for this position is $142k to $183k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
