Qnity Interconnect Solutions is seeking a Project Management Leader to guide cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization in a global, fast-paced environment. You will own project execution, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within manufacturing or engineering, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Remote US work is supported, with travel for trials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, materials, or engineering environments.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving results in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with commercialization, new product development, or customer-driven innovation projects.
• Nice to Have MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Experience within adhesives, laminates, converting, automotive, or electrification markets.
• Early-stage innovation and product development experience.
