Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Materials Program Team Lead to drive global supply planning excellence, governance, and process improvement. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage risks, and promote standard work across regions while maintaining a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain planning, strong leadership, and expertise in ERP/APS/MRP systems, with a focus on inventory performance and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain readiness projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks across inventory, capacity, suppliers, logistics, and operations.
• Drive process improvements using Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Interpret supply chain performance metrics and develop business recommendations.
• Present recommendations and risks to senior leadership and partners.
