Gap Inc. seeks a senior Materials leader to drive holistic materials development across Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will translate brand aesthetics into executable directions, lead fabric innovation, and manage color operations and digital libraries across North America and Asia teams.

You will guide cross-brand R&D, establish KPIs for fabric development, and collaborate with design, sourcing and manufacturing to optimize cost, performance and sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• 15+ years in senior materials roles with global leadership scope across apparel
• Proven experience driving materials innovation in a multi-brand, omni-channel enterprise
• Deep expertise in textiles, fibers, knits, wovens, color services, and fabric testing protocols

Responsabilidades

• Lead US-based materials teams with multi-year R&D strategy aligned to brands
• Partner with design, merchandising, production and sourcing to meet creative and commercial needs
• Drive global sourcing strategies and trend insights for fabric development and color libraries
• Oversee Banana Republic R&D and ensure alignment with brand leadership
• Stay updated on textile trends, new technologies, and consumer preferences to drive innovation
