Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Material Expeditor in Grand Prairie, TX to oversee global supply chain material flow, expediting, routing, and dispatching parts to meet production schedules.

The role reviews the master production schedule to identify shortages, alerts authorities, and coordinates with suppliers via calls and emails to resolve issues and keep production on track. This is a 3-month contract with a pay range of $30-36/hr.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from Accredited university.
3-5 years experience as Material Expeditor.
3+ years professional experience using Microsoft Office, SAP.
Communication, written & verbal.
Procurement/Commercial, business acumen and analytical skills.
US Citizenship Required, position is not able to support anyone with Dual Citizenship of another country.

Responsibilities

Oversee global supply chain material flow, expediting, routing, and dispatching parts to meet production schedules.
Review the master production schedule to identify potential or actual shortages, alert appropriate authorities, and take action.
Collaborate with suppliers through phone calls, emails, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep production on track.
