Based at Abbott Park headquarters, the position emphasizes data analysis, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to support SAP and other business systems, while upholding corporate policies and data standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and master data governance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple divisions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead department level initiatives and assist in developing business requirements.
• Support business continuity, relationship management, and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide data analyses to verify and drill down to root causes.
• Manage master data in SAP and other systems per requirements.
• Develop knowledge of goals and processes with stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional process improvement and project milestones.
