Qualifications

• Experience driving product adoption, change management, or go-to-market strategies for enterprise or marketing tech tools.
• Experience defining product strategy and prioritizing conflicting requirements with an investigative approach.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for Engineering and Product leadership.
• Proven ability to drive automation or workflow efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive the product roadmap and strategy for key MarTech solutions, gathering requirements and aligning with global marketing goals.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and full product lifecycle from pilot to global deployment; drive adoption among Product Marketing Managers.
• Advise on workflow automation and systems design to translate bottlenecks into scalable solutions.
• Partner with PM and Engineering to commercialize new solutions and manage the workstream cadence.
• Use data and user insights to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve features and efficiency.
