Nomura is seeking a Vice President in Internal Audit, Americas Global Markets Technology, to lead IT audits across Global Equities and Securitized Products. You will manage planning, risk assessments and reporting, while engaging senior stakeholders and driving data analytics initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive IT audit background in investment banking, and robust knowledge of trading systems and controls. On-site in New York with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years IT audit experience in an investment bank.
• Strong governance, risk and control knowledge across Global Markets IT.
• Experience leading complex regional/global audits and managing multiple audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Global Markets IT audits from planning to report issuance.
• Perform risk assessments, continuous monitoring and issue validation.
• Collaborate with senior tech management and audit stakeholders.
• Guide scoping decisions with a risk focus and deliver timely results.
