Job Description:

This role oversees a unit or section within the bank's operations, focusing on identifying and resolving complex problems, ensuring policy compliance, and improving process efficiency. It requires knowledge of operations support management and expertise in relevant functional areas, gained through progressive management roles.

The GM NFRR team manages the interpretation of Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs), data sourcing, governance, and oversight of Global Markets regulatory reports. Its goal is to centralize, standardize, and remediate reporting processes within NTCO NFRR Operations.

We seek a talented Operational Monitoring Lead to develop and implement strategies for real-time monitoring of key activities, driving internal control discipline and operational excellence across a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop comprehensive monitoring strategies for global report preparation functions, ensuring regional standardization.
  • Design a reliable activity tracking model providing real-time updates across regions (AMRS, EMEA, APAC).
  • Create routines to understand, track, and document report responsibilities, ensuring stakeholder accountability.
  • Develop a flexible roadmap to capture evolving reporting obligations.
  • Design informative Management Information (MI) and control reports.
  • Execute periodic reporting routines aligned with enterprise policies.
  • Lead forums with global stakeholders to address data issues and control improvements.
  • Build collaborative relationships with regional operations, technology, compliance, and other partners.
  • Drive operational improvements ensuring consistent monitoring practices and clear roles.
  • Communicate strategies effectively to diverse audiences.
