Job summary

Nike Digital is seeking an MBA intern to help shape Nike’s digital strategy from Beaverton, OR. You will work on high-impact projects at the intersection of consumer behavior, commerce, and technology, gaining exposure to strategic analysis and financial modeling under senior leaders.

Preferred candidates are MBAs with 3–5 years of related experience, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and translating strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with expected graduation Dec 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Experience in digital commerce, consumer product or retail strategy preferred.
• 3–5 years work experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and business case development for digital growth opportunities (Social Commerce, AI Commerce, Connected Inventory).
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable cross-functional plans and align stakeholders across the Nike Matrix.
• Codify learnings into repeatable playbooks and socialize them across Global and Geo stakeholders.
