Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks a Global Marketing Services Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the Private Client Group (PCG). You will report to the Global Marketing Services Team Leader and coordinate with Creative, Technology, Digital Media, Operations, and Compliance to drive content and platform initiatives.

You will manage multi-department programs, drive governance and risk management, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while optimizing partner experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, program management, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex projects involving business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with PM methodologies and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale program(s) across multiple departments.
• Drive governance, planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of projects to support Marketing goals and deadlines.
• Manage interdependencies between creative, operations, and technology workstreams.
• Define requirements, track deliverables, and resolve challenges with teams.
• Communicate with sponsors and partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Manage tasks across multiple workstreams and budgets with external partners.
• Analyze outcomes and identify process improvements and efficiencies.
