Page Executive is recruiting a Marketing and PR Director for our global biopharma client in the Boston area. The role requires leading corporate communications, brand strategy, and external messaging across U.S. and China partners.

You will coordinate with China, guide Western market narratives, manage US PR agencies, and engage with executives, investors, and BD teams to advance milestones.

Qualifications

• A strong background in marketing and public relations.
• 7+ years in corporate communications or external relations within biopharma/life sciences.
• Ability to translate complex science into boardroom narratives.
• Proven track record coordinating US and China teams.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and simplify the messaging framework reflecting strategy, tech platforms, and incubation units.
• Build an external communications engine and monitor milestones visibility.
• Serve as the U.S. escalation point for media relations and agency coordination.
• Drive marketing to Western biopharma partners and BD-led activities.
• Develop thought leadership and executive visibility at major conferences.
• Coordinate with the China team to align global narrative for Western audiences.
