The position oversees marketing communications, product marketing, pricing, and lead-generation programs, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and global affiliates to bring production solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, industrial sales, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple marketing or product-related functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic-planning skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, and global partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and product launches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel ~25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and business growth initiatives across Makino's portfolio.
• Oversee marketing communications, product marketing, market intelligence, pricing, and sales tools.
• Coordinate product launches and training across target markets and teams.
• Maintain accurate product marketing information, pricing, and configuration details.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support, and global product teams to identify features and market opportunities.
• Develop customer profiles and market-penetration strategies for key segments.
• Organize case studies and customer success stories to demonstrate Makino capabilities.
