Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including demand generation and campaign management.
• Proven success developing and executing programs that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Experience managing cross-functional marketing strategies and influencing senior leaders (C-suite preferred).
• Ability to build trusted relationships across Marketing, Product, Analytics and Centers of Excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading complex marketing initiatives, pilot programs, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTS and GBS Marketing to expand lead generation across global campaigns.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies, messaging and promotional plans to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with centers of excellence.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Track marketing effectiveness and optimize plans across channels.
• Create and evolve playbooks, governance, and best practices for scalable execution.
• Manage complex projects, milestones, risks, and delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive alignment and execution.
