Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to lead the global marine digital strategy and portfolio. You will partner with marine strategy, product, commercial teams, dealers, and IT to prioritize opportunities and guide deployment of digital solutions.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in strategy development, digital product/solution strategy, or product management.
- Strong understanding of marine operations, dealer channels, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and communicates the global Caterpillar Marine digital strategy.
- Provides business ownership for the Marine portfolio of digital solutions.
- Converts inputs into digital priorities, use cases, and investment recommendations.
- Evaluates enterprise technologies for marine applicability.
- Leads cross-functional stakeholder alignment and governance.
