HRM Search Partners is partnering with a global leader in healthcare and life sciences manufacturing to appoint a Director of Business Transformation. The role oversees transformation across an international manufacturing network and supporting functions, driving cost, quality and performance improvements while building leadership capability.

Qualifications

Senior operational leadership across multi-site manufacturing environments.
Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation or change programmes.
Strong manufacturing and operations background in complex environments.
Experience delivering programmes like network optimisation, capacity/building and asset transfers.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a global transformation strategy aligned with operational and growth objectives.
Identify cross-site opportunities and translate into enterprise-level programmes.
Lead complex transformation initiatives across manufacturing, performance, assets and networks.
Act as a senior interface with key customers and ensure execution against priorities.
Drive alignment across geographically dispersed operations and functions.
Challenge established ways of working and accelerate adoption of best practices.
Establish governance around transformation portfolio with visibility on progress, risks and actions.
Build a culture of operational excellence and develop leadership across the organisation.
