Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Transfer Planning Lead to develop and assess manufacturing transfers, ensuring continuity across sites, suppliers and partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 6+ years manufacturing/transfer experience.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent CI certification preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated manufacturing transfer plans, timelines, milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assesses transfer scope, product complexity, site readiness, equipment needs and capacity constraints.
• Aligns transfer plans with validation, qualification, inspection, packaging, labeling and sterilization requirements.
• Supports governance reviews, readiness assessments and lessons learned to improve transfer planning/execution.
• Tracks progress and communicates transfer status, risks and recovery actions to stakeholders and leadership.
