Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Make Center of Excellence Staff Business Systems Analyst to architect and drive future-state Make execution processes. You will translate manufacturing needs into URS and guide SAP S/4HANA and SAP ME configurations within a global, standardized framework.

You will lead cross-functional design workshops, enable change management, and partner with IT and operations through Go-Live and Hypercare to ensure the solution aligns with the intended design and delivers

Qualifications

8+ years in business process definition, architecture, or business systems analysis within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
Experience with large-scale ERP/MES business processes (e.g., SAP or similar platforms).
Author URS that anchor solution design, configuration, and validation in regulated manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing process models and alignment to future-state designs.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Lead current-state assessment and future-state design for Make digital transformation initiatives, applying SCOR/ISA-95 for alignment across workstreams.
Author and own URS for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ME, anchoring solution selection and validation.
Facilitate workshops with Finance, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and site operations to harmonize global designs.
Drive organizational change management and governance to enable adoption of standardized processes.
Support implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare ensuring delivered solutions match the intended design.
