Job summary

BOSCH REXROTH seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales. You will manage resource allocations, mitigate conflicts, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with program objectives.

Role focuses on internal resource management, supplier coordination, risk mitigation, and change management in a fast-paced environment. Requires 3+ years in project management within manufacturing or industrial tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent technical field.
• PMP is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, lead, and guide cross-functional project teams comprising Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.
• Define internal resource allocations, balance workloads across project milestones, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Foster high team accountability, transparent communication, and alignment with overall corporate and program objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules (WBS, Gantt charts, critical path tracking).
• Track critical path items, identify schedule variances, and implement recovery plans for on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary operational interface for engineering change requests (ECR) and assess impacts of design modifications.
• Lead formal Quality Gate reviews and drive Lessons Learned to improve processes and SOPs.
