Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Global Integrated Operations Finance organization. This role delivers financial analysis, planning, and reporting across the ICS manufacturing network in NA, EMEA, and APAC.

The analyst will partner with plant finance, operations, and shared services to consolidate data, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable insights that drive margin improvement and reporting consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in forecasting, planning, management reporting, variance analysis, manufacturing finance, or financial business partnering.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP and OneStream; Power BI experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and validate complex data from multiple sources with high accuracy.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and curiosity.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain results to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across functions, regions, and time zones while managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to data integrity, controls, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly global ICS Plant Fixed Cost analysis with actual-versus-outlook comparisons and variance explanations.
• Lead the monthly Manufacturing Period Expense review and Outlook preparation, highlighting drivers of gross margin.
• Provide standard cost support, including ICV analysis and collaboration with Plant Cost Accountants.
• Leverage SAP, OneStream, IMR, and Excel reporting files for ad hoc requests and insights.
• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting with charts, commentary, and summaries.
• Collaborate with global finance and operations to resolve data inconsistencies and improve reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and strengthen documentation.
