Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Global Integrated Operations Finance organization. This role provides financial analysis, reporting, planning, and process support across the global ICS manufacturing network, including North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

The Financial Analyst will partner with plant finance teams, Integrated Operations leaders, business finance, supply chain, and shared-service teams to consolidate financial information, analyze business performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of forecasting, planning, management reporting, variance analysis, or financial business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly global ICS Plant Fixed Cost analyses and variance explanations.
• Lead monthly Manufacturing Period Expense reviews and Outlook preparation.
• Provide standard cost support and IC variance analysis with plant cost accountants.
• Leverage SAP, OneStream, IMR, and Excel to address ad hoc requests and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support monthly/ quarterly management reporting with schedules, charts, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate across global teams to resolve data issues and ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve documentation.
