Point72’s Compliance team is a leading group supporting global investment and trading activities by enforcing policies and providing real-time guidance.

You will advise on macro trading compliance, embed controls with portfolio managers, and lead investigations with cross-functional support to implement firm policies. This role offers mentorship, growth, and a long‑term career path within the firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with bar admission.
• Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience supporting macro or trading businesses at hedge funds, asset managers, or broker-dealers.
• Experience overseeing compliance for macro products (rates, FX, ESG, etc.).
• Knowledge of laws including SEC 10b-5 and CFTC rules; MNPI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to Global Macro covering rates, FX, EM, credit, and macro derivatives strategies.
• Embed and enforce real-time compliance controls with trading teams.
• Support pre-trade and post-trade monitoring and investigations to detect issues.
• Assist with diligence reviews and approvals for new products, markets, brokers, and counterparties.
• Conduct complex compliance reviews, document findings, and manage escalations to leadership.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, operations, finance, tech, and vendors to enhance compliance solutions.
• Contribute to regulatory readiness and responses to inquiries or exams.
