Responsibilities include coordinating CLE programs, liaising with attorneys and clients, preparing closing documents, and handling post-closing indexing and audit letters. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal or administrative experience in a legal environment.
• Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provides Deal/Matter support.
• Coordinates CLE programming and professional development.
• Manages global deal information and precedent transactions in databases.
• Liaises with clients, opposing parties, and internal departments for workflow.
• Prepares closing documentation and audit letters; conducts post‑closing indexing.
• Organizes and attends due diligence sessions and coordinates with teams.
• Supports partner meetings and events; coordinates marketing materials and follow‑ups.
• Prepares and files standard certificates, lien and litigation searches, notarizations.
