  • Serve as the primary legal advisor for all aspects of global M&A transactions and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction-related documents.
  • Provide advice on antitrust and competition law matters across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external counsel for efficient support.
  • Monitor legal developments in M&A and antitrust law to advise the business.
