Job summary

Utopia is seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our international luxury development team. You will travel globally to conduct site surveys, verify as-built conditions against plans, and produce detailed reports for Architects, Engineers and Project Managers.

Applicants should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, proven surveying experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects, and fluency in English. Travel worldwide is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven surveying experience on high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury developments.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings and support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site surveys on development plots documenting terrain, boundaries, elevations.
• Perform monthly site visits to active projects to document as-built conditions.
• Verify accuracy of works against drawings, plans, BIM models, and documentation.
• Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants.
