Qualifications

• Familiarity with trade management and customs documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
• Resolves customs holds or documentation issues.
• Maintains records of trade transactions for audit and compliance purpose.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation for imports and exports.
• Support department to achieve transportation cost and service objectives.
• Maintain logistics partner rate databases & freight invoice audit.
• Review / Audit invoices from carriers, railroads, and transload warehouses.
• Liaison between Operations and Sales while the site manages issues (allocation, emergencies, tracking, etc).
