Federal Signal is recruiting an International Logistics and Compliance Manager to oversee international freight, compliance, and documentation for FS Depot. You will lead negotiations with carriers, manage global shipments, and standardize processes across ESG affiliates.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, platform SME experience (FreightPOP), and collaboration with US and international agencies to optimize costs and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight management.
• Experience with export/import and Customs regulations a plus.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; PowerBI is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for logistics platform (FreightPOP) and oversee upgrades.
• Negotiate and administer carrier agreements for parcel and freight services.
• Manage freight payment provider relationships for timely payments.
• Lead and support the FSS Logistics task team.
• Coordinate and oversee international shipments and documentation for ESG affiliates.
• Standardize best practices across FSS and liaise with U.S. and foreign agencies.
