Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers and set technical standards across the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, and hands-on coding when needed.
• Plan work in an agile model balancing velocity and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Establish metrics to measure delivery, quality, and stability.
