Job summary

This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, monitors inventory, and supports supply chain planning to meet production needs, with a focus on compliance and safety.

You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality, transportation, and warehousing teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate movement records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as primary point of contact for inbound/outbound freight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor inventory.
• Coordinate domestic and international carriers to meet shipping dates.
• Provide routing options for shipments at favorable pricing.
• Communicate with carriers to tender loads and resolve issues.
• Utilize routing guides to process shipments and support site logistics.
• Provide pre-alerts to customers for international shipments.
• Advise on preferred shipping methods to procurement and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance for customs clearance.
• Provide delivery status updates to customers.
• Document all material and inventory movements accurately.
