Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Logistics Analyst Principal to join the PMO at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead procurement operations that enable worldwide logistics readiness and support DoD missions, coordinating with multiple functions to ensure compliant, efficient procurement.

You will own end-to-end procurement lifecycle, develop standard procedures, track performance metrics, and mentor a small team while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in procurement, logistics, supply chain, acquisition, or program operations.
• Experience leading procurement ops for Department of War/DoD programs.
• Experience integrating procurement across multiple functional organisations.
• Experience leading projects from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations across worldwide logistics requirements.
• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle from customer requirement to closeout and reconciliation.
• Develop standardized procurement processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and report metrics.
• Mentor a small procurement team and collaborate with the PMO.
