Job summary

IGT in Reno, NV is seeking a Transportation Specialist II to manage the global movement of gaming products. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, schedule transport, and prepare documentation to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.

You will work with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, handle urgent hot shipments, and maintain accuracy using Excel and SAP. The role requires 1–3 years in logistics and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of domestic and/or international transportation experience.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments for domestic and international destinations, including returns to Reno hub.
• Schedule transportation services, allocate drivers, and plan efficient global routes.
• Prepare and process domestic and international transportation documentation in compliance with standards.
• Process UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders to track shipments, respond to customs requests, and revise documentation.
• Oversee tracking and delivery timelines for all shipments, including urgent hot shipments for overnight delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure shipments are ready for same-day departure.
