Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Global Logistics Network Optimization & Digitization to lead enterprise capabilities that optimize and digitize logistics networks globally. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, analytics, optimization, consulting, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations and developing business cases that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of transportation networks, logistics operations, sourcing strategies, supply chain tradeoffs, and quantitative decision support.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, communicate clearly, and operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels in SCM or related fields.
• Travel required: up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and logistics network modeling to improve flows, footprint, service models, inventory positioning, and modal strategies.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and repeatable methodologies translating analytics into measurable results.
• Define and advance digitization strategy for transportation sourcing, rate management, scenario analysis, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Partner with procurement and regional teams to strengthen transportation sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics and analytics team.
