The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in transportation operations, with beverage/CPG experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of transportation operations management experience, preferably in CPG/beverage sectors.
• Experience with carrier procurement / management.
• Familiarity with international logistics and export processes.
• Knowledgeable about DOT and FSMA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global transportation strategies for international customers.
• Manage ocean freight operations, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Oversee export documentation, Incoterms, and compliance.
• Monitor carrier performance and market trends; provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead transportation sourcing, budgeting, and cost management initiatives.
