Siemens Energy in Orlando seeks a Logistics Professional to lead NA Order Management for international shipments. You will design comprehensive plans, coordinate exports and imports, and optimize freight using SAP and Excel.

The role demands deep regulatory knowledge and an ownership mindset to drive customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with ECC, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient shipping globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in power generation project logistics.
• Strong SAP and Excel knowledge for logistics operations.
• Deep knowledge of contract terms and INCOTERMS in customer contracts.
• Export control and customs experience to manage import/export logistics.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and turbine parts documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics and transportation plans for large mods and upgrades.
• Coordinate exports with ECC and freight forwarders to ensure US compliance.
• Manage US imports and smooth customs clearance.
• Leverage transport, warehouse, and freight networks for global shipments.
• Act as subject matter expert to ensure best practices across shipping activities.
