Arrow Electronics seeks a Director II, Information Technology, Global Logistics to lead the global logistics technology strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will partner with Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to deliver measurable outcomes and modernize the application landscape.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, global delivery capabilities, and governance across complex ERP dependencies, with a strong focus on security, data, and resilient platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years technology leadership in global logistics or supply-chain tech.
• Experience setting enterprise strategy and leading multiyear programs.
• Deep knowledge of WMS/TMS, logistics automation, and carrier integration.
• Experience with Manhattan Associates or Blue Yonder in global ops.
• Strong executive communication and global team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global Logistics Technology strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Act as executive tech partner to Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Govern measurable outcomes: reliability, speed, cost, accuracy, productivity.
• Modernize global logistics applications and reduce technical debt.
• Own product/ platform strategy for WMS, TMS, mobility, and visibility.
• Establish standards across logistics tech and ERP dependencies.
• Build a global Logistics Tech Center of Excellence.
• Ensure operational resilience of critical platforms, including security and DR.
• Lead governance for transformation programs and vendor partnerships.
• Identify AI, analytics, automation, and real-time visibility opportunities.
