Job summary

WorkGenius Group is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Charlotte, NC to coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams, optimizing product movement and international shipping compliance.

You will monitor shipments, analyze carrier performance and transportation costs, and develop forecasts and reports with actionable recommendations. A Bachelor’s degree is required and MBA is a plus; strong Excel/Access skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques, routing tools, transportation operations, and performance metrics; advanced Excel/Access.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and expedite product movement across the global supply chain with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, track, trace, rate, and route inbound shipments; manage exceptions to support on-time delivery.
• Analyze transportation and logistics performance, including carrier performance and cost savings.
• Develop and distribute financial forecasts and carrier performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify root causes and implement analytical and process-improvement solutions.
