Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as supply chain or logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to present data and findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing improvement projects using lean methods and Kaizen.
Apply data analytics to summarize results and KPIs with visualizations.
Track and analyze logistics data to aid operational efficiency and decisions.
Assist with admin and project coordination across Global Logistics.
Demonstrate inclusivity and uphold a safe workspace.
Incorporate Promega’s ESI principles in daily work.
Understand and comply with applicable ethics, legal and regulatory requirements.
