Netflix is seeking a Localization Title Producer for UCAN - Film & Animation. You will own the end-to-end localization lifecycle for titles, coordinating dubbing, subtitling, and accessibility while upholding Netflix's creative vision and regional standards.

Work closely with Content, Post, Marketing, and external partners to optimize workflows, manage budgets, and ensure timely global launches. Strong English skills and 5+ years in localization are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization in a high-demand environment, ideally entertainment.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects with global scope.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end localization lifecycle for assigned titles.
• Oversee dubbing, subtitling, SDH, and accessibility assets.
• Collaborate with Content, Post, Marketing, and external partners.
• Plan budgets, track assets, and ensure global launch readiness.
• Identify workflow improvements and scale localization workflows.
