Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an LMS Integration & Analytics Manager to lead the global learning technology ecosystem for Orthopedics. You will partner with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and measure learner engagement, program effectiveness, and business impact.

The role collaborates across IT and education teams to implement platforms, standardize data, and drive adoption of learning solutions with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Education, Technology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading technology implementations, systems integrations, analytics, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with LMS, learning technology, enterprise systems, or related platforms.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS and learning technology platform integration in partnership with IT, education teams, and vendors.
• Translate business and technology requirements into integration plans, workflows, and data specifications.
• Define KPIs with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education teams and develop dashboards to measure education impact.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor participation, engagement, learning outcomes, application, and program effectiveness.
• Establish data standards and governance to ensure consistent measurement across regions and business units.
• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure launch readiness in collaboration with IT and education stakeholders.
