Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape, inform, and implement multifaceted litigation strategies across various subject matters to advance and protect company priorities.
• Manage and help run all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, including e-discovery, fact development and analysis, witness preparation, motion practice, arbitration and trial preparation.
• Manage outside counsel, including budgets, to ensure efficiency and litigation strategy alignment with Epic principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams to balance legal risk with business needs and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improving internal litigation processes and implement solutions.
• Strategize, coordinate, and manage all aspects of pre-litigation matters.
